AMIKA Nourishing Mask REVIEW

Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog.

Today is time for me to talk about another product
which I received on Birchbox (June edition)

Here is the video in case you haven't seen it

This is a hair product
and it's from a brand which name sounds so similar to mine

This is a taster or their

Nourishing Hair Mask

Sea Buckthorn Berry

Intense Conditioner and Repair

for ALL hair types

I thought it was going to be VERY hard for me to write a review
with only one application
since in such a small size (20 ml)
you can get only one use out of it.

But lucky enough (not really) my hair is very damaged
so with only one application it was enough to give me an idea
of this product.

The packaging (both the tester and the full size)
come with a super colourful psychedelic 60s style
and is very appealing to the eyes

For some reason I though this mask would have had a very sweet scent
but it comes with no scent at all...

I used it during my shower, I first wash my hair with a normal shampoo
then squeezed all the product out the tester on the back of my hand
(which did look like a good amount for only one application)
and the I spreaded around my hair

I left it in for 5 minutes or so, and then I wash it out.

At first I didn't notice much
but once my hair was dry
I could see a HUGE difference on the texture of my hair

As I said, since my hair is damaged (from abuse of colouring I would say)
it only looks good after I straighten it with my GHD
to seal the ends which otherwise looks
dry, damaged and super frizzy

This time I did not need to use my GHD
and my hair fully looked smooth
and glossy

Not only it looks better, but it felt better

It felt like my own hair before got damaged..

To be honest I was very impressed.

Since I'm struggling with my hair
I could be tempted to actually buy this mask
because I really saw a huge improvement

The full size of this mask retails for £20
so it's not cheap
but hey oh.. if it works so well.. I would actually spend that money for it.

ops.. Another small important thing
this product do not have any Paraben

Have you ever tried this brand?

Let me know
