I Need Some Vitamins!!!

Hi everyone.
Welcome back to my blog.

Today I'm back with a concern about my health.

Over the last 2 months I have been sick twice, and for me this is a bit too much.

Usually I never get sick, no fever, no flu or temperature...

Now if I think about it.. there has been a change on my diet
over the last several months.

I have become Vegetarian last September.. 
and where and when I can, I always rather a vegan dish over a vegetarian.
So I think I need an extra help on my diet...

I went to Tesco and I picked up 3 different types.

The Multivitamins + Iron
The Vitamin B Complex
The Magnesium

This is the first time in my life to get supplements
In Italy where I come from, getting supplements was always
seen as a unnecessary
My doctor used to say to me..
"why getting supplements? all the vitamins you need
are in the food you eat"

No anymore apparently..
especially the famous
Vitamin B12
which human can only get from animals..

I really hope that all this vitamins will help to make me feel better
I don't want to get sick anymore over 2017
I have already done it twice... Thanks!
