What I Eat In A Day


Starting with Breakfast.
Two Slices of Bread
Vegan Butter
and Jam.

Coffee with non Dairy Mill.


Lunch.
Wrap with rice peanut butter and Vegemite.
Crisps and Ketchup.


Some Chai Tea
and Gingernut Biscuits.


Finally Dinner time.
Legume Salad.
Lentils and Borlotti Beans
salad.
